The two signature 18-hole courses at Mission Inn offer a truly remarkable golf experience—hills that roll and pitch, mature pine and magnolia trees that tower, eagles and ospreys that fly overhead.
The registration fee includes green fees, cart rental, golf course refreshments, range balls, an opportunity for a hole in one “Grand Prize,” lunch buffet and of course lots of networking. The tournament will be best ball foursome, scramble format. Prizes will be awarded for: First Place Foursome, Second Place Foursome, Bazooka Ball Launcher and the ever-popular “Hit the Ball in the Raft!"
Golf will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
If golf is not for you, test your shooting skills at the skeet and trap shooting tournament.
Skeet shooters will meet at Gey Ranch (approximately a 10-minute commute), where they will participate in 2-3 rounds each, including Flurry rounds. Guns will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own gun if you prefer. All targets, shells, ear and eye protection will be provided.

Janet A. Washburn is a Fire Marshal for the Bonita Springs Fire Control and Rescue District. She started her fire service career as a volunteer firefighter in 1993 with the Key Biscayne Fire Department and later worked at the City of Hollywood Fire Rescue Department for twenty-one years retiring as a Division Chief of Fire Prevention.
Fire Marshal Washburn earned a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Northeastern, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership, and holds Associates of Science Degrees in Fire Science and Fashion Merchandising. She recently attended Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After her studies at Harvard, she was requested by the department chair to return and work with the undergraduate students for a special project on decision making for the retrofitting of fire sprinkler systems in residential high-rises. In addition to her career in Bonita Springs, FM Washburn serves on national technical committees developing fire codes such as; NFPA 101 Assembly Committee, and the NFPA 1 Fire Code committee.
She serves on the Florida Fire Code Interpretations Committee, Florida Fire Marshal and Inspector Association Legislative Committee, is Past President of the Fire Inspection Association of Broward County, is a peer reviewer for the fire marshal designation for the Center for Public Safety Excellence and serves as a peer reviewer for International Fire Protection Engineer group. She was elected to the Board of Director’s for NFPA’s Certified Fire Protection Specialist group. Fire Marshal Washburn enjoys teaching fire code interpretation to local architects, fire marshals, and fire inspectors in Florida. Recently, she wrote an article on hoarding which was published in the Florida Fire Chiefs Association magazine.
She is passionate about encouraging fire sprinklers in single family residential occupancies, and is currently installing fire sprinklers in the new home she is building. She is also lobbying for greater awareness among builders to allow customers to fire sprinkler their single family homes during the construction process. In her spare time she rescues newborn sea turtles on the beaches in Florida, enjoys flats fishing, bird watching, horseback riding, and bike riding.
